Lady at front desk is rude and hateful. Manager is the same. Absolutely terrible. They do not care about your business. Tellers are friendly but it usually takes a group effort to get most transactions completed.
The customer service really stinks. The lady I speak to has no customer skills at all. The man in charge is too busy and rude to talk to anyone. I feel I should be a valued customer when I walk through the door, but I am almost ignored completely. No one seems to know what to do each time I come in for service. Usually, I have to wait about 30 minutes for help. Such a sad business.
