I had been having problems with my auto pay account. I had gone to other locations to get the issue resolved, but to no avail. On a last ditch effort I thought I would try this location, being that i recently moved to the area. Where I was Blessed enough to have encountered Ms. Mishel Phillips. On top of going out of her way to help me resolve my issue. She was friendly, professional, courteous, and pleasant to be in the company of. Overall I would have to say that Mishel is a real standing ovation employee.
Lady at front desk is rude and hateful. Manager is the same. Absolutely terrible. They do not care about your business. Tellers are friendly but it usually takes a group effort to get most transactions completed.
The customer service really stinks. The lady I speak to has no customer skills at all. The man in charge is too busy and rude to talk to anyone. I feel I should be a valued customer when I walk through the door, but I am almost ignored completely. No one seems to know what to do each time I come in for service. Usually, I have to wait about 30 minutes for help. Such a sad business.
The absolute worst bank in the area. I've had a business account here for 9 years now. I changed my business franchise and started accepting checks under the different name. I had been depositing those checks for 6 months and all of a sudden I was told by the teller that I could no longer deposit the checks because it wasn't on the bank account. The people there are nice, friendly and really reached out to help and service me. I was truly impressed and would recommend it to everyone.
