To much questions for a small check and by the end this Bank charge 5 dollars. I arrived at 3:45 and thos lady take it 15 min to cash it. I don't want to think how long will take if I try to cash a check of $ 5,000.00 lol

You give me overdraft fees when there is no over drafting and then keep them coming I'm done with you good bye
So incredibly slow. Consistently deposit items wrong. Charge hundreds in overdraft fees and their app doesn’t work so you never know how much is in your account. Also I reported fraud on my account before their system caught it so they didn’t cover it.
Does the branch manager know about this? My wait time was well over 20+ minutes. I just need to drop off a deposit for work. This is not efficient and it needs to change.
