In the 15 odd years I've had an account I've never had a problem but today pissed me off the worst I've ever been. I ordered a new card to be delivered because I don't live near the area anymore, and I SPECIFICALLY asked not to have the old card disabled until I CALLED TO DISABLE IT. Well this Saturday 7/26 I go to purchase something and find out that my card had been disabled, most likely by an automated system. I did not have the new card in hand yet. They have a unique outside "ITM " basically it's the ATM that's an interactive teller machine that you have a live person working through it for your transactions works great from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm no need to go inside, but if you do go inside the branch the staff if friendly and to help you out.
