Have banked with them for years until a week ago when someone committed fraud and stole 300$ from my account. They acknowledged that there was an atm that had been skimmed and I will get my money back right away. Well I don't get paid very much, and since Bank Iowas fraud protection team isn't capable of turning the gears correctly and efficiently enough, I now have incurred late fees on bills that would have been paid if not for bank Iowas neglect. Very unhappy with this.
Had a very nice experience doing business with Ms or Mrs. Davis at the Waucoma branch very professional in setting myself up as a new customer. I can not remember her first name........ � sorry

First experience with Bank Iowa, needed a check cashed that was drawn off one of their customer's accounts. They charge 1% to cash it. The teller told me every bank has the same charge and lots of them charge more. From my experience with numerous banks, that is just factually inaccurate. I will not do business with Bank Iowa.
