I want to make it clear; I don't make a habit of writing bad reviews on companies on google. I called to inquire about an issue with cashing a check written out to me by someone with an account there. I was curious if it may be some security issue or something. The customer service woman named Leslie replied, "I don't know." I replied to her, well, is there someone there who would know?
