I've had a checking account at Bank Forward for many years and have had no problems with their service. The manager and employees have always been friendly and helpful. I often have papers notarized there quickly and efficiently. There is also a drive up window and ATM for convenience.
Today was my first time going to Bank Forward in Carrington. I lived in Carrington for 15 years and go to Bremer but needed to put money into to someone's account at Bank Forward. I was not impressed. The people weren't welcoming or friendly. Like the previous review they seemed rude. They acted as if they hated their job. There was a large bag of chips on the counter in the center behind the desk so maybe they just wanted to get back to eating their chips instead of helping us?
