This place refused to cash a check from their bank without charging a $5 fee. This place sucks

It was fine until I got an unauthorized charges on two occasion. They decided to not give me a new debit card after the 2nd occasion. They say two occasion of fraud is to much for them. I was left with no way to pull out money or no way to buy products/food online or at the store. Now I need to find a new bank. Customer service was great until those unauthorized charge happen.
