Easy to work with person over the phone. Knowledgeable, very helpful. Of course would like to see better rates for savings, however, I always lovedto work with Kiel branch employees!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND especially for business. I have not had any problems with the staff as they are always nice and courteous but the actual banking system is horrible. The mobile app is pretty much useless, it doesn’t even have your account number and online banking requires a password change all the time causing frequent lockouts.
