Really angry with this bank. Having set up finger print recognition it decided to go back to pin , tried old pin doesn't work. Then locks me out after 3 tries. I go back to site and find finger print is recognised again final but I'm locked out for the whole long week end.
Makes you long for a big bank. High fees, low savings rates, inscrutable processes and just unimaginably useless customer service. Why anyone would bank with them beggars belief.
They have always gone out of there way to help best bank / a staff y
