Their actual banking services are fine. However I’ve tried three times to contact customer service and I’ve had no follow up.

What an appalling and disgusting level of customer service! All our staff are dealing with other clients!!!! To be confronted with incorrect recorded messages , stating, ‘… we will be with you in 10 minutes mins…’ , to, ‘ … we will get a representative to contact you in three hours , and then , in three days!’. What an absolute joke! With respect, get management to hire more staff! I genuinely feel for staff!
Shout out to the girls on the front desk especially Lily. They are patient and willing to help. There are downsides- have to show a physical driver’s license as they can’t use the one on the app, and there is a limit on how much you can withdraw without notifying them earlier. Don’t blame the staff- it’s the banking system
can’t wait to leave this terrible bank when they finally put the check i cashed in my account after waiting 800 business days.
