Super helpful when I went to report suspicious activity on my account. Lovely staff and speedy service.
I decided to look at the reviews and was very surprised to see so many poor reviews. I have been with Bank first for over 30 years and have always received great service. However, I do agree the phone customer service wait time is very long. Hence I will ask for a call back which usually happens on the same day and within a few hours. I haven't been in the bank for a few years but when I was the staff were all great. Makes you long for a big bank. High fees, low savings rates, inscrutable processes and just unimaginably useless customer service. Why anyone would bank with them beggars belief.
