Shout out to the girls on the front desk especially Lily. They are patient and willing to help. There are downsides- have to show a physical driver’s license as they can’t use the one on the app, and there is a limit on how much you can withdraw without notifying them earlier. Don’t blame the staff- it’s the banking system
can’t wait to leave this terrible bank when they finally put the check i cashed in my account after waiting 800 business days.
Long time customer , long time on the phone, patience waining with Bank First
Have been a customer since 1978. The current level of customer service is appalling. System failures continue on a regular basis. Speaking to a consultant is more difficult than winning lotto.
Been with this bank since it was VTCU more than 20yrs, was a great bank but it has deteriorated to a point where it is harder to contact than centrelink, been holding on for over 39mins.Not sure what's happening but it makes me nervous as I have savings with them. Would not recommend this bank to anyone..
