Been with this bank since it was VTCU more than 20yrs, was a great bank but it has deteriorated to a point where it is harder to contact than centrelink, been holding on for over 39mins.Not sure what's happening but it makes me nervous as I have savings with them. Would not recommend this bank to anyone.. 5/7 you recording the services is wrong . Press 1 takes me through to increasing limits ...not what the recorded message says .
Terrible customer service.
Poor customer service, refuses to confirm details after being fully identified. Unable to fulfill request there and then need to send a form to someone else to check. Also refused to honor their home loan feature that was presented upon signing. Gone down hill in the last 6 years.
What an appalling and disgusting level of customer service! All our staff are dealing with other clients!!!! To be confronted with incorrect recorded messages , stating, ‘… we will be with you in 10 minutes mins…’ , to, ‘ … we will get a representative to contact you in three hours , and then , in three days!’. What an absolute joke! With respect, get management to hire more staff! I genuinely feel for staff! 9/6/26 I repeat my criticism, as above.... I have been on the 'wait' phone for 30 plus mins. You people are hopeless!
