It's sad that I have to give Bank First 2 stars only. I had been a faithful member since more than 20 years ago, when this was a small but excellent Victoria Teacher's Credit Union. Things progress in the financial services and banking sector really quickly, I watched the Credit Union expanded and changed into a bank, the old cheque book that I had was eventually phased out, the phone service was gradually replaced by internet banking, which works really well and I stopped calling them. What an appalling and disgusting level of customer service! All our staff are dealing with other clients!!!! To be confronted with incorrect recorded messages , stating, ‘… we will be with you in 10 minutes mins…’ , to, ‘ … we will get a representative to contact you in three hours , and then , in three days!’. What an absolute joke! With respect, get management to hire more staff! I genuinely feel for staff!
Shout out to the girls on the front desk especially Lily. They are patient and willing to help. There are downsides- have to show a physical driver’s license as they can’t use the one on the app, and there is a limit on how much you can withdraw without notifying them earlier. Don’t blame the staff- it’s the banking system
