Horrible customer service, not helpful and rude
Kind, caring and personable employees with no turn over.
Horrible staff Sam is horrible! The branch staff ain’t much better and really don’t make you a priority or care what treatment you receive. Literally the worst customer experience. Keep in mind I’ve opened 5 accounts this year and give central bank the worst review. All other banks did very well. Try Huntington or PNC over this crappy place.
