The broker support team has a gentleman who is extremely rude and unwelcoming. This has happened on 2 instances.
I had previously left the below 5-star review but I'm reducing the score and leaving one criticism. I will be happy to remove this lower score once the issue is dealt with. Bank Australia presently has no customer option for multi-factor authentication on logon or transfers for internet banking. This goes against cyber gov au in their Essential 8 security recommendations, and means that if some hacker can snaffle your logon, if you have any saved payees, the hacker in your account can freely make a mess of your finances by d... read more
