If you are looking for a Bank to deal with for your business......look elsewhere. Aside from the very long delays in managing queries and the two weeks it took to just set up a straightforward business transaction account, their staff seemed friendly though on several occasions contradicted each other. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cameron at the Bank AU Traralgon branch while opening a trust account, which had been extremely difficult at other banks. Cameron was outstanding on both visits—very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Thanks to the exceptional service he provided, I’m now considering transferring all my banking to Bank AU Traralgon.
The young kiwi fella was super helpful, well mannered and professional. The lady he got to help me as well was very nice and professional and knew how to help me.
