Worst bank to deal with the people there don’t care about the customer My Grandsons whole youth allowance was scammed from his account they say fill out this form he did 5 weeks later gets letter from bank we have been trying to contact you as we haven’t herd from you we are closing the case apparently the bank wrote his email incorrectly now he has to start the whole process again Traralgon Australia Bank a joke
If you are looking for a Bank to deal with for your business......look elsewhere. Aside from the very long delays in managing queries and the two weeks it took to just set up a straightforward business transaction account, their staff seemed friendly though on several occasions contradicted each other. The systems Bank Australia are working on are clearly very outdated.
