RUN AWAY! Loans that never close! REPEAT~ RUN This balzy company is continuing to harass my buyer for Appraisal fees, continuing to charge their CC and despite disputing the charges, they are pressing on with the charges to the CC. This company had ample opportunity to close MY BUYERS loan, but after 3 weeks of additional extensions to close, my buyers ran to another lender who produced a HOME loan in 5 days.
