I helped my brother through the buying a home process since I just went through it with another bank. This bank made the process so much worse than it should have been. They dropped the ball last minute which caused delays and the banker was rude and contradict himself. We turned everything in within a timely manner and on the eve of closing they required more documents. Buying a house is stressful enough and they made it more stressful and a bigger headache.
