Went in to cash a check from the Federal Trade Commission. I Bank with Chase but closest branch is 4 hrs away from me. Teller refused to cash said Check. I had expected at least a fee since I do not have an Account with them. But she flatly refused. Bad Banking practices and I will not recommend them to anyone.
