Tried to get info but when I was transferred to Karen she didn’t pick up. The people that work there need to get their shit straight.
Watch your account people starting my checking account 2 years ago and told him I did not want the overdrive stuff if I don't have the money don't let it go through.. lo and behold I wake up this morning with a negative of $44 in my account.. cuz they decided to let Netflix payment go through and charged me $28 and an overdraft charge. I get transferred to multiple different people to just to get told there's nothing they could do about it
I have purchased a vehicle and they keep giving me the run around about my title! They haven't sent it 5 months later! Absolutely ridiculous!! I'd never use this bank!!!!
