You walk into the building and are greeted so warmly by everyone at the desks and you think your gonna get great service,then you walk up to the 3 teller desks on the inside and it goes downhill immediately. Everyone of them has a sour face as soon as you walk up. I went get rolls of quarters and one of the rolls had 8.65 and it had about 10 dimes! I transferred to THE Bank when Jeff Boudreaux left the previous bank he was president of and opened THE Bank. I started doing business with him when I was 19 years old. I will soon be 65 years old! I trust doing business at THE Bank. The employees have always been very helpful if I need information. I like doing business with a bank I can trust!
I love The Bank. I've been with them since they opened here. They really work with you.
Fast friendly and best of all not just local but started and owned by locals. When its your neighbors and friends who are handling your money it just gives that little extra peace of mind.
Horrible customer service. Can never answer the phone and when you take the time away from work to drive up there because no one can answer the phone, everyone is playing on their cell phone when you walk in. A joke.
