Answered all of my questions thoroughly and then patiently ensured I understood.
This was my first CPA who I asked to take care of everything I would need being the owner and sole worker in my company. I left after over a year because of getting ran around with my personal and business tax preparation. I have since been at another company and saw what a professional CPA acts like.
