I think this placed is closed down. Spent about 20 minutes walking around the shopping centre and nearby streets, but could not find it
Looks like they closed down, still says open but they are not.
The lady served me was very impatient and the matcha latte tastes sour, not sure if the milk is bad.
Banh mi was large and crackling pork was crispy. Only thing is the roll itself was a bit small so hard to eat it.
