Bang McCullen represents an apartment complex in Rapid City, where I previously lived. For one thing, the lease from Bangs McCullen was rife with typos, broken cross-references, and inapplicable language (likely from older versions). For another, when I reached out to our leasing office for clarification on an unclear provision, the leasing office (understandably) reached out the Bangs McCullen for clarity. Called and spoke with Brenda about some employee misconduct that interfered with my case being heard, I was told to put it in writing. After doing so, I’ve yet to receive any sort of apology, copy of correspondence that caused interference, or any response at all. It is my opinion that this type of conduct is extremely unprofessional. I can talk to a wall at home, I contact businesses to have a discussion.
