This is the worst branch of all banks. The people working here seem like they no financial experience and they don't pay attention to customer instructions. I have had problems with the service at this branch multiple times. The manager needs to be fired! It will cost me money to drive back to the bank to fix the problem that they created. I'm never doing business with this branch again. Also, if you try to call they will just leave you on hold. DONE!

I feel Bangor Savings Bank is the last of the Banks on this area that gives you that friendly ,hometown, familiar and safe feeling about being a customer. Along with the utmost efficiency and state of the art banking practices, and up to the minute convient individual services it provides its filled has very courteous employees who bend over backwards to help a person no matter what question or problem one might be facing.
