I have had problems with the service at this branch multiple times.
I am an account holder...went in to cash a MONEY ORDER...apparently they don't CASH money orders...they want to call the number on the postal MONEY ORDER to verify funds...since when did that start...the MOST idiotic thing I've ever seen...step up your training...seriously...next time I'll just go to Walmart...they know what a money order is
This is the worst branch of all banks. The people working here seem like they no financial experience and they don't pay attention to customer instructions. I have had problems with the service at this branch multiple times. The manager needs to be fired! It will cost me money to drive back to the bank to fix the problem that they created. I'm never doing business with this branch again. Also, if you try to call they will just leave you on hold. DONE!
