Predatory lendor. I've had nothing but issues for the two years we've had our home loan through them. They keep finding "issues" with the insurance we purchase, waiting 10 months to tell us and charging us for their super expensive gap insurance. I thought the first one was on me as a new home buyer, but the second time? Absolutely not. They refused to make it right after their departments FAILED to get ahold of me. I have had problems with the service at this branch multiple times.
I am an account holder...went in to cash a MONEY ORDER...apparently they don't CASH money orders...they want to call the number on the postal MONEY ORDER to verify funds...since when did that start...the MOST idiotic thing I've ever seen...step up your training...seriously...next time I'll just go to Walmart...they know what a money order is
