Decided to leave the bank when I reviewed their policies further on how they allow you to access or spend your own money. Pay attention to the highly constructive withdrawal and spending limits. The explanation I was given was that it's to prevent fraud. Imagine that your financial institution telling you how much of your own money you can have and then propositions it as account security.
