I have literally just arrived for my 11am full body massage that u gave 2 x confirmations of booking. 11am 26th October and the girls answered and said she hasn't been told about it so I have been refused entry and the door slammed in my face. I never get time for this sort of thing but kids are away. This was going to be a treat for myself. Gutted and awful service.
Booked online having read reviews called up as well to confirm, lucky I did as she said it wasn’t showing, booked me in for later same day, turn up at the shop 10 minutes early, open sign illuminated, door locked, no one responding to bell or phone calls, waited for 20 minutes to allow for them to be running over with a massage, but nothing. I’ll not waste any more time on this badly run business.
Arrived for my appointment to be told they have no record of same. Asked what I should do then? No offer to re book for another day or time, lady shuts the door in my face and then locks the door. Appalling.
These girls know what they’re doing, professional grade massage. Thanks!
