I have worked with Andrew Kraffert-Gora on both a 1031 Exchange and a normal reinvestment. He is extremely knowledgeable and bent over backwards to arrange multiple Zoom sessions with various Investment officials. Not only was he helpful in finding answers in both areas but he made me feel validated as a person in the process. You couldn’t ask for someone more knowledgeable or helpful.
So far, so good. I’m working with Andrew Gora. He’s very financially literate and knowledgeable. As for finding a good fit for investment vehicles is a rather time-consuming endeavor Andrew has spent a lot of quality time with me. I’m hoping to get great results before the end of 2025 and into 2026. I will most likely write another review after the dividends stream into my CitiGold account. I would highly recommend Andrew for no pressure sales & for gaining investment knowledge.
