I had a massage with Tash on my trip up north recently . It was incredible, what a gifted intuitive masseuse she is. So wish that I could’ve hung around for more .
Visited Bangalow BBR for deep tissue massage therapy had extreme pain in the upper trap and neck limited mobilty turning head to the left Natasha was very professional and worked on various parts to release muscles that linked to the neck . Natasha gave excesises to do at home as well which further improved . After 2 days neck and trap continued to release was pain free and 90% more mobile. Visited 1 more time to fully release . Highly recommend very experienced and knowledgeable.

Have been seeing Helen for a couple months now and my body feels amazing Every visit better then the last Such good people and excellent at what they do.
