I was extremely disappointed with the service from Akaliko. I had HIFU treatments done on several areas of my face and body, and there was zero result. Nat initially seemed like a very nice person, however, when complaining about the lack of result, she became abusive. She did offer to book me in for another treatment, however, could not do so within a reasonable timeframe. Being a former client in Mona Vale, it is so wonderful to see Nat working in Bangalow. Her salon is centrally located and she is an absolute wealth of knowledge when it come to skin care. I had the HIFU face and neck treatment done yesterday. She talked me through the whole process and even checked in today to see how I was going. I’m looking forward to seeing my skin improve.
