Best shuttle service ever; very kind and accommodating. I had a few issues come up with my itinerary, and they were exceedingly helpful. Not to mention that I felt very safe being driven by their staff during a snowstorm!
I've used the Banff Airporter service a few times now and it's always been on time, the employees (drivers, desk and telephone staff) are always friendly and kind, and the busses are clean and comfortable. I recently missed the last bus of the day as my flight was late and they put me on the first bus the next morning at no additional cost. Jonathan was my most recent driver and , while the road conditions were not ideal (that's Alberta winters for you), his driving was perfect. We got to Canmore safe and without any fuss!
Great service, real time pick up tracking software was great too. Was able to see a map of the driver approaching and didn't have to wait outside early. Banff Airporter is a locally owned and operated company in Banff as well. 👍

Great shuttle service! Banff Airporter was right on time, the bus was spotless, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. The staff were polite, professional, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. It’s also very reasonably priced—not expensive at all for the quality of service. Highly recommended for anyone traveling between Calgary and Banff!
