I’ve been travelling with Banff Airporter for the past few years and have consistently had a great experience. Booking is straightforward, pickup locations are flexible and convenient, and the drivers are friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. The buses are comfortable, reliable, and always on time. It’s a smooth, stress-free way to get to and from the airport.

Best shuttle service ever; very kind and accommodating. I had a few issues come up with my itinerary, and they were exceedingly helpful. Not to mention that I felt very safe being driven by their staff during a snowstorm!

I've used the Banff Airporter service a few times now and it's always been on time, the employees (drivers, desk and telephone staff) are always friendly and kind, and the busses are clean and comfortable. I recently missed the last bus of the day as my flight was late and they put me on the first bus the next morning at no additional cost. Jonathan was my most recent driver and , while the road conditions were not ideal (that's Alberta winters for you), his driving was perfect. We got to Canmore safe and without any fuss!
