Worst customer service in my lifetime. Ordered (2) X-Trail Pros on Dec 1st 2025. Received the first one on Dec 23rd, 2025. Never received the second bike and neither battery on the first bike was ever able to charge. Been waiting on a resolution for over (6) weeks. Pathetic customer service. Non existent really. Spent over $5000 (with tax) and rode for 2 days. BUYER BEWARE.
If I could give 0 stars I would, customer service is non existent, you'll get a reply from e-mail but nothing will ever happen, been trying for 4 months now to get a replacement turn signal, physical location is closed and the responses of "the store will help you shortly" are mildly amusing since it's literally closed.
I submitted my warranty on June 2025. It is Jan. 21 and have not heard anything back from them. Pls do not buy their product, they are a shitty company who is just scamming
Joke of a company don’t waist your time or money. I wish I woulda never bought my bike through them. Can’t get any response from calls or emails.
Total joke of a company. Pretty cool bikes, there is potential there for sure. I’ve ridden and owned a lot of e bikes, we probably have about 10 for surfing. None have had this bad of customer service. It’s not worth the pain, get yourself a super 73, Ariel, or something else with a company that can at least respond and uphold their warranty promises. These guys will send you 10 marketing emails, but won’t ever help you get back riding.
