Over twenty-five years ago Jim Schindler opened the first Bandido's Restaurant on Winchester Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Armino Cortez, a Mexican chef, originally created all of our authentic Mexican recipes that we still prepare fresh daily in our kitchens. Soon after, our second Bandido's opened in the Northcrest Shopping Center followed by one in the Georgetown Square shopping center, both in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
