This is the best branch of bandhan bank, I have seen till date. Staff is supporting, for any work related to bandhan bank this is the place in Delhi to visit. It's not too crowded, easy access.
Friendly but completely inefficient staff(Except for 1-2 employees)and worst branch manager who never answers or returns call. Open an account if u want to follow up with them on daily basis for simple requests. Even the PNO and grievance teams don't do justice except raising multiple tickets.
