It is the worst bank I have ever come across to. I regret going to this bank. Their employees are also worst in behaviour. They have our money and behave as such customers are beggars. Never visit this branch. I will also close all my link with this bank. Really fed up of this bank and branch both. Don't even feel like giving 1 star rating.
Most of the time they have their link failure and the service is worst, does it take 2 days for any RTGS or NEFT , Worst Experience.
Very poor service from Bandhan bank paltan bazar Assam Guwahati branch, they didn't rectify my account holder name mismatch with aadhar, almost one & half year gon.
