I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bandhan Bank. I submitted a request to close my savings account on 07 May, but my account is still not closed despite the significant delay. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poorly on the bank's customer service and account closure process. I have followed the required procedure, yet the issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience with Bandhan Bank regarding my personal loan. At the time of taking the loan in February 2026, the sales team clearly told me that I could make a part payment after 3 months without any extra charges. But when I visited the branch, they changed the terms and said part payment is not allowed before 4 months and loan closure is possible only after 6 months. Later, when I contacted the sales team again, they gave completely different information and said part payment is allowed only after 6 months ... read more
