The lady in charge of the branch advised me to seek assistance from other branches, citing staff shortage and employees being on leave. I was given only two options: either approach another branch or physically visit the branch. This response is disappointing, especially since at the time of account opening, I was clearly assured that required facilities and support would be provided by the branch. One of the worest service provider in the bank industry. They don't know how to work and how to respond to customers. They can't even manage emails from head office, because of there mistakes customers are losing there money and time.. I wish to close my bank account from this bank and I really recommend other not to open accounts at bandan bank.
Worst service..we went last week to this bank ..for adhar adress update ..still now they did applied also..after one week we went to bank they are searching our adhar papers what we have given .. really I never seen like this bank ..
