I visited this branch today for loan and new account opening-related work. I initially believed it to be a premium banking service with the best customer experience, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. I arrived around 12:30 PM when there were only a few customers, yet I had to wait for 20 minutes without any response. I also noticed a lack of professionalism among the staff, which did not meet my expectations. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory.
