I am so sad and disappointed this year with NFS. I made appt with Steven April 15, 2024 did my taxes and it’s been a month and 2 weeks and I still have not received my taxes. I go into office and Daniel tells me my taxes never got submitted. I don’t know where the communication got screwed up. But this is ridiculous and I still have to pay for the charge. How is that fair?!

Second year filing with Daniel. He is patient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He is thorough and pays attention to detail. We highly recommend and will be returning next year!
