Ayer tuve una horrible experiencia en este banco la muchacha que estaba en el escritorio nos atendio de una manera despota y prepotente nada amable hasta que le pregunte su nombre fue que empezo a bajar su prepotencia por eso siempre prefiero los bancos de boerne se supone que son trabajadores estan para atener alos clientes este tipo de personas no deberian de tener esos cargos con esa attitude
I truly like banking with Bandera Bank and I have a loan with them, however, it is unacceptable in the 21st century that I cannot make an online payment or ACH on my loan. Mail delivery is very unpredictable and it often takes weeks for my payment to clear. My most recent loan payment was returned to me as "Undeliverable" after a two week trek between Kerrville and Bandera. They need to move to accepting online payment like 95%+ of the banking community. My request to the President of Bandera Bank...please update your bankin... read more
