I truly like banking with Bandera Bank and I have a loan with them, however, it is unacceptable in the 21st century that I cannot make an online payment or ACH on my loan. Mail delivery is very unpredictable and it often takes weeks for my payment to clear. My most recent loan payment was returned to me as "Undeliverable" after a two week trek between Kerrville and Bandera. I have banked here for over 15 years and while sometimes you might get a less than friendly hello, once you tell them who you are they are very friendly. I have had to voice my concerns a couple of times but it also was corrected. They are a small local bank that serves the community well. Anytime I need a loan, I have always been told yes and I'm allowed to pick my terms. They are great all the way around. I love the people who work here and most people have a long tenure of work there. Have a great day...
