Absolutely easy going deal ! Almost new M-B 15 passenger truck
Van price stayed where it should be and did not fluctuate due to date, time, or % of fleet reserved. Vehicle was clean and as advertised. On-site staff was accommodating, but I wish I was able to call them directly ahead of time. I would also like to see the ability to drop off/pick up vehicles. They needed two weeks advance notice but I booked 24hrs before. Maybe my particular request was too last minute- being 30 miles away, but it does sound like they are short-staffed.
