This was my first time renting a vehicle for vacation. I rented the Ford Transit 15 passenger. It was awesome! Renting, picking up and dropping off the van was easy and quick. It drove amazing and all the kids and adults enjoyed riding in it during our trip.
The staff was amazing; great customer service. The actual van was less than desirable. The gas gauge didn’t work, the service light was on and the door creaked very loud. I’d rent again but would inspect the specific vehicle with more detail. For the price, I expect better.
Everything from picking up and dropping off the van was extremely easy. The staff was polite and helpful
People were very nice, very helpful. I would do it again thank you so much, Mr. Echols.
