Great Service and vehicles
4.5 I recently rented a 15-passenger Ford Transit van from Bandago for a family trip to Destin, Florida. I was about 20 minutes late picking up the vehicle due to traffic in Nashville, but was warmly greeted by a young lady who had been working hard outside in the heat cleaning other vehicles. Even so, she was kind, professional, and quick to help. She did a thorough inspection, gave me all the information I needed, and made sure I was able to leave promptly. We loved using Bandago for our family vacation van rental. We really like that they actually hold a van for the customer's rental, instead of playing it by ear like Hertz or Enterprise does. Bandago's van was clean and in good shape. The mileage limits were very high, so we also enjoyed that aspect. We will definitely use Bandago for our next extended family outing.
