Went back to work here ! Was lied to from the beginning , route was supposed to to be dedicated team , me and my husband . Gave a two weeks called our employer before we even had a chance to tell them we were thinking about it . Once we went to work . Our route changed every week . I have been driving for 30 years for several companies. 12 years for mail contractors. Bancroft is by far the best company Mail or not that I have driven for. Great equipment, expedient shop fixing issues. Very professional management team. I had to take time off shortly after starting with them for a death in my family. Bancroft told me take the time I needed no pressure to hurry back. I appreciated this very much. Working for family owned instead of a faceless corporation is the way to go especially with Bancroft!
I was in an accident that my co driver caused. I got hurt and after the ER. They had me drive back to Dallas from Chicago after I did 2 more loads. I was injured and they didn't even care. Off work and never got a call asking how I was doing. Workman's comp paid part of my wages and they didn't even offer me any sort of compensation for all that happened. Bancroft sucks period.
