Their customer service is terrible. Every time that I've gone to this branch, I've been treated unfairly. I've had accounts at a half a dozen other banks, and have NEVER had a problem I don't know what it is about Bancorp South and their terrible customer service. If I were you, I would consider banking elsewhere.
