This company doesn't help you when someone steals your money. They could care less about people's heard earned money being stolen
Guessing this is a bank used by scammers given my own experience and others. Tried digging deeper into who was trying to transfer money into an account that was set up under my identity from BanCorp, but they were of no help nor offered any kind of help.
This company sucks. Can’t believe they haven’t been looked into by the feds yet.
I'm just going to say remove all your funds with Chime and all there other banks. Get a physical bank you can walk into. A 2 min process will take 3months if lucky
My fiance was scammed on cashapp by someone using a debit card that was linked to this company. She gave all the information need to have it looked into and called her back saying that the trace number which is a transaction number was false. If this is how the company does business by letting scammers use their bank then the company needs to be sued out of business. The customer service is bull crap and they love backing scammers!!!!
