terrible i'm trying to call about my card declining, and they have the worst system and they were advertising to me and i couldn't get my problem solved after like 1 hour of constant calling
I’m just so frustrated right about now. How a person don’t have access to their own money. I’ve been waiting on a replacement card for about three weeks now. I still have yet to receive one. Talked to numerous of representatives, as well as supervisors. Which none of them weren’t any help.
