Es una pena q no tengan suficiente estacionamiento. Muy incomodo por esto. Deben mudarse al mall de Peñuelas. Por lo demás no hay quejas.
Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I experience nothing but problems with this branch and specifically the branch manager. When ever there is an issue(which is more common than it should be) no one answers the phones or emails, and when I have requested the branch manager they always say “she’s on lunch or in a meeting”. We went to buy legal stamps for an expired boat tag. Upon arrival, the attendant refused to tell us the cost of the stamp. When we informed him that we did not know, to please scan the stamp, he refused. We left in frustration and drove to Banco Popular in Ponce for our $50 stamp. The attendant was rude and refused to help us. Unacceptable service.
