Pésimo servicio al cliente. No contestan el teléfono en todo el día y cuando por fin contestan te atiende una señora ( Marina) que parece que le da pereza de todo y te tratan a la patada.

This sketchy bank charged my accnt 4 times. They raked in a grand from my account. Thank goodness a proper FDIC Bank like Morgan Stanley/Etrade called and alerted me immediately. What a painful verification and endless texts ordeal it was getting my money bank from Bank of Pichincha. The Miami branch where the charges were from is not even FDIC insured. What an illegitimate business!!!
