The service was poor. There was nobody who spoke English, and I was trying to resolve an issue with my dad’s account, but nobody was able to help me. Very disappointing. 😕

Pésimo servicio al cliente. No contestan el teléfono en todo el día y cuando por fin contestan te atiende una señora ( Marina) que parece que le da pereza de todo y te tratan a la patada.
