Very disappointed. To be fair, I have to say that I had a good experience here a year ago. But today, I called to make an appointment because I wanted to take about a pound of silver and a beautiful 5 carat star sapphire in to sell. On the phone, a young gentleman told me ok, but I'm only paying 50 cents a gram for silver THATS ALMOST 1\3 OF SPOT PRICE FOR SILVER ! AND he said as far as the sapphire goes,' I wouldn't do anything on that just 50 cents a gram for the scrap metal holding the stone." I realize that this is a bus... read more
