Friendly and was very quick
Fantastic service, had 2 bikes wrapped in invisiframe by them and they did a great job on both bikes!
I needed a couple of minor sundry parts to get my bike back on the road during a cycle ride, they were very helpful and the bits were so minor they didn't take a charge, great shop.
Did somebody take my bright-blue cycling gloves thinking i'd chucked them, saturday 13 dec.? I was only in the shop 5 minutes , i'd laid my gloves and hat beside the bin. (by the way, the shop service was fine, after a couple of tries, they sold me the right size of clamp to stop my bike seat slipping down all the time)
Very responsive. Gave a quick, detailed, and transparent assessment of a repair that needed doing and then advice on how to contact the manufacturer for warranty support. Repair was well done and efficient.
