This particular location has the worst agents in the company. I had accounts with this bank, bought and sold multiple properties using their financial services and even recommended other customers to them. I have never had any problems with any of their other locations, just this one. On 11/12/24 I walked in the 1111 lincoln st branch i said hello and that i needed to cash a check the teller Stephanie Griffis did not seem very happy to help. She was a little rude when she explained what she would require to cash my check. I ask her why all that info was needed she said that is just their policy and if I didn't have the information that she would not cash my check. Ms. Divine was called over and she was very nice. Went in there to get Dollar coins several times the last time the lady got tired of me coming in there she went running to her boss changed her mind and said you have to be a customer very rude was nice the rest of the times but never again would I ever think of opening a account with them it’s just dollar coins lady your acting like I’m asking for a million dollars get over it
