This particular location has the worst agents in the company. I had accounts with this bank, bought and sold multiple properties using their financial services and even recommended other customers to them. I have never had any problems with any of their other locations, just this one. On 11/12/24 I walked in the 1111 lincoln st branch i said hello and that i needed to cash a check the teller Stephanie Griffis did not seem very happy to help. She was a little rude when she explained what she would require to cash my check. I ask her why all that info was needed she said that is just their policy and if I didn't have the information that she would not cash my check. Ms. Divine was called over and she was very nice.
