This particular location has the worst agents in the company. I had accounts with this bank, bought and sold multiple properties using their financial services and even recommended other customers to them. I have never had any problems with any of their other locations, just this one. From lying agents, rude agents, refusal to release MY funds, etc. Because of the agents at this location, I canceled two personal accounts, one business account and moved my personal mortgage to another financial institution in the area. 16 yea... read more
On 11/12/24 I walked in the 1111 lincoln st branch i said hello and that i needed to cash a check the teller Stephanie Griffis did not seem very happy to help. She was a little rude when she explained what she would require to cash my check. I ask her why all that info was needed she said that is just their policy and if I didn't have the information that she would not cash my check. Ms. Divine was called over and she was very nice.
