I am 80 years old and continually screwing something up or forgetting this pass word or that. When I can't find my secret decoder ring and get locked out of my account, these guys always set me straight. Levi is a great help as well as everyone else there. Great bank.
Awful customer service. Very impersonal and not friendly at all. Natasha does not care about her customers or their issues. I will tell everyone I know about how awful this branch is.
Horrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. Not just one but several employees.
We just transferred from First National Bank to Bancfirst and let me tell ya Bancfirst is much much better. If you need a loan you must ask for Natasha she is extremely professional and as sweet as they come.
