Unlike the prior comment notes, this bank is outstanding! I have lived in Jones for 20 years and have banked there for about 10 years. Through those 20 years the bank has served the customers first and has always gone to great lengths to comply with all of the federal laws, making sure the customers and their information are locked up and safe. This is not a bank I would bank with due the practices of the bank. As most small town banks they appear to feel they are able to do whatever they please. This bank has violated privacy information on 3 people that I know of to date. personnel of the bank have willfully taken personal banking information and shared that information with parties who have no interest or no investment involved in the situation.
