Moved to town thought it would be a good idea to get a local bank open with this branch. thousands deposited -cash deposits also - they lied and told me the cash I deposited would be immediately available. I missed work yesterday because of these people and their untrustworthiness. I had no access to any of the money whatsoever and when I called them to tell them I didn't- I was gaslit and told it was there-clearly I could see it wasn't. Moved here from Van Alstyne, TX a few months ago. Wanted a convenient local bank to use to pay household bills. Really love using the Bank of America phone app so researched to find a Bank with a highly rated app and BancFirst fit the bill. Too bad I didn't do more research. The reviews speak for themselves. I currently bank here, but I will be getting an account elsewhere as soon as possible. I do not recommend BancFirst. There are tons of better options in the area.
